as for me, rooms were beautifully decorated and nicely furnished with comfy beds, they offered wake-up service. the location was favourable and handy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from city library. the breakfast was excellent, the check in was early.

Appreciated the room with nice decor, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were friendly and offered guidance. The location was good, very close to the city centre which is easily walkable and the interior design was nice.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the town center where you can find plenty of shops and supermarkets. The room we stayed in was recently refurbished and it exceeded our expectations. The decor was modern and colorful, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We were impressed by the quality of the amenities provided, from the well-equipped kitchen to the excellent water pressure in the shower. The staff here are also incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

the room is good and closed to center of city. most important! very nice staff and boss there. not only helps us a lot in the trip plan for new zealand, in fact, we dropped our iphone at hotel when we checked out,and the boss searched a long way and got us at supermarket, great thanks!

This place is conveniently located within walking distance to Butterfly Pond, which is about 1000 meters away, and it's also a short distance from attractions like Hokowhitu Lagoon.

there was a mix up at check in as to if breakfast was included and we had to return to the hotel after check out to pay for our breakfast

My wife and I stayed over night at Illuzzions, which is conveniently located close to the Square in Palmerston North. The facilities were very tidy and spacious for our needs. The decor is dated, perhaps quite 90's. This may bother some but was no problem for us, it was very homely as a result. The kitchenette and bathroom looked newer. I would happily stay there again. The owners were lovely and very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was so comfortable and central, walking distance to the center of town and close to everything, but still so quiet. The rooms were private, clean, and tidy, and the service was top-notch. The staff were very accommodating when we requested a late check-out, and they were friendly and very welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel had great amenities, including free toiletries, a kitchen, and a flat-screen TV. The on-site car park was convenient, and the wi-fi worked well. it was a very easy and enjoyable stay in a great location.

The location was favourable and easy for exploring this very quiet area, just next door to central Palmerston North, and The Square, Plaza and eateries. Moreover, it was just a short stroll away from The Square.

I loved the small fully equipped kitchen and the spacious bedrooms.
